Transitional Housing Program(THP+NMD) is for youth ages 18-21 who are participating in extended foster care. Youth in this program live independently while receiving support services through Parents by Choice.
Parents by Choice provides community meetings for the youth to learn and improve skills such as filing taxes, how to manage money, cook and much more. We encourage the youth to create a support system with the other youth, staff, volunteers and community members. Our agency even provides Mental Health Services.
Our goal is to make sure each youth that leaves our agency can live successfully as an independent adult.
